We’re keen to help you find a baby First Aid course, so that in an emergency, you DO know what to do.
When you become a parent, suddenly your level of responsibility goes up a notch! So it isn’t surprising when parents and carers decide to learn a few new useful skills, including First Aid.
We’ve partnered with Mini First Aid to give you a knowledge of First Aid that will stay with you for a lifetime. We’re pleased to say that the number of branches offering in-person and online First Aid courses is more than ever before.
Simply search for a local course to attend, or browse the options and register to join an online course anywhere in the UK.
Two of our course attendees told us why it was important for them to sign up to an NCT baby First Aid course. Emily said: “We’ve signed up because we have two young children and want to be able to know what to do in a situation such as choking or burns.
“I’ve had first aid training as a teacher in school but having my own babies suddenly makes it scarier somehow – I think refreshing our knowledge will help us feel braver and more confident should anything happen. My partner is sometimes away on location so a digital online course means we can both dial in on separate phones/laptops and still take part.”
Bronwen said: “I signed up for the First Aid course as it will hopefully give me some peace of mind that I’ll know what to do in an emergency situation with my baby and help prevent me panicking if something happens.”
