The roles of NCT President and Trustees are vital in ensuring that our charity is run effectively and acts in the best interests of all parents.
This year there are two separate votes. One is to elect NCT’s next President from two candidates. And the other is to choose one new trustee to join our Board. There are six candidates standing for this role.
Please note that the President is also a Trustee for the duration of their term as President.
You have until 4 November to vote, so make sure you have your say before then.

16 November: Election results announced at NCT’s Annual General Meeting
NCT members should have received an email with their unique voting link from Simply Voting. When you follow your unique link, you can read about the candidates and vote for your preferences.
Please first check your ‘Junk’, ‘Other’ or ‘Promotions’ folders in case your email has filtered it there.
If you have a joint membership and use the same email address for both members, only one voting link will be sent through. Please contact our Enquiries team on 0300 330 0700 or at enquiries@nct.org.uk to provide an alternative email address for the second NCT member.
If you have recently joined NCT, your voting link will be sent when the voting system next sends out reminders throughout the election period.
This year’s AGM will take place on Saturday 16 November 2019 at Woburn House Conference Centre, 20 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9HQ. Please register your attendance now so we can cater suitably.

Before the business of the AGM, you’ll have the chance to hear from Professor Marian Knight of the National Perinatal Epidemiology Unit (NPEU).
The mission of the NPEU is to conduct research to improve the care provided to mums, babies and families.
Marian is Professor of Maternal and Child Population Health at the NPEU. She uses national studies to try and answer questions about rare and severe complications of pregnancy and infancy.
She also leads the MBRRACE-UK national confidential enquiries into maternal morbidity and mortality.
