While we’re celebrating our Diamond Jubilee throughout the year, 4 May was our 60th anniversary. It was on this day in 1956 that Prunella Briance’s advert appeared in The Times and Daily Telegraph calling women to join the Natural Childbirth Association.
Of course, we had cake in our London and Bristol offices to celebrate the special day. It was our very own Great British Bake off!
Plus, we’ve been searching our archive for great images and video to show how we’ve supported parents since 1956.
