This initiative equips John Lewis Nursery Partners to confidently respond to expectant and new family needs in store, which means parents can have a positive shopping experience when considering their needs for this new life stage.
Nearly 200 John Lewis Nursery Partners across the UK have been trained to date with plans underway for more courses in 2023/24.
One of the specialist services John Lewis offers for parents is a totally free, impartial, advice service called ‘All Things Baby’.
Nursery Partners can advise on everything from car seats to cots, clothing to toys. Because they know you’ve got lots to do before your baby arrives, appointments are available in store or online to fit around you, with a choice of time slots.
Whether you’re a new parent looking for a range of items, or you just need to talk about one or two key pieces (perhaps your baby is ready for a toddler bed!) there’s something for everyone.
